“Marvila” is a residential and commercial project that is under development in one of the areas of Lisbon with the greatest growth potential. It includes the total rehabilitation of an iconic building, with the aim of responding to the growing need for housing in the Lisbon area.  

The Project will consist of a residential area of 26,000 m² and a commercial area of around 9,000 m². The architecture will be inspired by the building's vintage features combined with contemporary design. Large interior areas and high sun exposure will be highlighted, surrounded by green spaces on the outside.
