Hermes Fund

Development and execution of business projects in Portugal

Investment Strategy

The Hermes Fund’s investment strategy focuses on companies and business projects in Portugal, through capital expansion transactions, Management Buy-Ins (MBI), Management Buy-Outs (MBO), Buy & Build strategies, and corporate restructurings.

Investments may be made through equity, quasi-equity, or debt instruments, depending on the nature of the identified opportunities and their respective risk-return profiles.

Within its investment policy, the Fund also prioritises assets with economic maturity, robust institutional frameworks, and stable financial structures, thereby contributing to a diversified portfolio aligned with Portugal’s national investment policy.
