Aboard the Oceano Fresco I

We went to meet the new boat of our portfolio Company Oceano Frescoon a pleasant and challenging trip to Lagos.

We witnessed the whole process of cultivation, from the structure for the clam farm, to the process of collection on the high seas and subsequent selection.

All these stages play a fundamental role in the operation of the nursery and for the biological cycle of cultivation to be effective, since after the spawning and incubation stages the clams have to grow to an edible adult size. This is how the quality of the product is guaranteed, and the consequent guarantee that it will be ready for sale.
